30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Some of our programs include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product page states that this guarantee applies, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.
To check whether a specific program is covered, refer to the product page at the time of purchase.
Programs Without a Refund Guarantee
Some programs are sold as final sale and are not eligible for refunds. This will be clearly noted on the product page before you complete your purchase.

How to Request a Refund
- Email info@thedancedojo.com with the subject line: Refund Request
- Include your full name and the email address used at checkout
- We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days
Upon approval of a refund, your access to the program will be revoked.
Subscriptions
For subscription-based programs, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless the 30-day guarantee applies and the request falls within that window.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and permanently ban your account from future purchases.
